Pretty in Pink and Procrastination

alternative text
This just goes to show that tee-peeing (teehee, ew) never goes out of style.

What's Lovely for March 9, 2010: Coming into work just to see that your boss' office has been thoroughly and perfectly tee-peed.

Whenever people came in (including me), we were all "what the hell??" There really are no words: it's fairly straightforward. Toilet paper + mischief = come on, that's pretty dang what's lovely.

And onto clothes and various ramblings!

I never thought that I would wear so much pink unless Pepto Bismol exploded all over me.

Sundress- secondhand : Underskirt- Aeropostale : Cardigan+Shoes- Gap : Scarf- Mom's : Tights- magic? : Jacket- Korea : Belt- Walmart

Two FUN FACTS: I don't think I've ever worn so much pink at one time since... ever? And I only wore one pair of tights today. ONE. Admittedly when it cooled down later in the night I was chilly-- but seriously -- ONE. I relish that number while relishing this brief bout of warm weather. I was in a rush to get out the door, so when I looked in the mirror I thought with a little bit of disdain at my reflection: "damn, a flower-power explosion barfed all over you." But hey, you gotta own the outfit, not let it own you, right? I actually ended up liking it by the end of the day; it grew on me, persay (ba dum dum pshh).

Besides being pseudo-pretty in pink, I'm in a low mood. It's that tentative time before my spring break, and I feel terribly and irrevocably behind on everything. It's really no thanks to my mighty procrastination powers-- SO. Tonight I plan on being the longest night of my life, to put in nonsense dramatic terms. I'll have Sweeney Todd to keep me awake.

This probably has to be my favorite song from the movie starring Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter's breasts. You KNOW what I MEAN. (I mean I'm slightly vulgar, ahem)

Now I want meat pies all of a sudden. Mmmmm. :)
